Camper Fit out

Client has a Ranger with compost toilet and various camp gear bouncing around in the back.

Brief was to make Storage for camp gear, toilet enclosure that was easily accessible and seating for wet weather.

The shape of the back tray is a challenge for both fitting units and also when attaching securely to vehicle. Multiple brackets and a water hose added to the complexity.

We milled bespoke brackets from 75X25X3 unequal angle aluminum to form fixing points. Constructed from 17mm and 12mm ply for light weight finished with aluminium 20X20 black equal angle. All Stainless fittings used and bolted through for durability.

Bonded carpet for looks and an extra in-cab floor panel for a fridge completes this project.
